Order Processing

All orders are made-to-order using a print-on-demand process.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Dispatch timelines may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, or operational delays.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery timelines depend on the customer’s location and courier service availability.

Estimated delivery timelines (India):

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days
  • Other locations: 4–9 business days

Delays may occur due to courier network issues, weather, strikes, festivals, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Rizzler provides free shipping on all prepaid orders.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a COD fee may be charged if required. Any applicable COD charges will be shown clearly at checkout before you place the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if available). You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Attempts and Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including correct phone number and pin code.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect/incomplete address
  • unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • customer unavailability
  • refusal to accept delivery

the customer may be required to pay the re-shipping cost (if applicable).

Undelivered or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is delayed or appears stuck in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve it.
